Karen Moore is a cherished member of our State Farm office team and the sister of our agency owner’s mother. With over 12 years of experience at a State Farm agency, including our agency owner's late father's, Karen built a strong foundation in customer service.
Her connection to our family is special; it was during a visit to Karen that our agency owner's mom first met her dad, who was Karen's employer at the time. Since joining our office part-time in June 2021, Karen has continued to excel in assisting customers with reports for policies like auto or home insurance, and fostering lasting relationships, ensuring everyone feels welcomed.
Karen raised her two adult children, Jason and Megan, in Auburn, AL, where she remains deeply committed to the community. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, exercising, and working in her yard, as well as cheering on Auburn University sports.
